The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to the highest quality and presentation standards, delivering a warm and memorable guest experience. The role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality.
Responsabilities
Beverage Preparation & Service
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and portion control;
Prepare classic and signature cocktails, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation;
Serve wines, spirits, and beers with correct technique and guest etiquette, including wines from the resort's own vineyard;
Set up and operate the bar for service;
Maintain proper glassware and bar tools for each type of service;
Guest Service
Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service;
Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and pairing with food or occasion;
Maintain knowledge of the beverage menu, promotions, and event-specific offerings;
Bar Operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and storage at all times;
Check and record stock levels, reporting shortages to the Bar Manager;

Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation (FIFO);
Health, Safety, and Compliance
Comply with responsible alcohol service regulations, including age verification;
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times;
Requirements
Education and Experience
High school diploma required; hospitality or culinary education is an advantage;
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a bartender, preferably in a hotel, resort, or high-end venue;
Basic mixology or bartending certification is an advantage;
Skills
Strong knowledge of beverages, spirits, wines, and cocktail preparation;
Excellent communication and guest interaction skills;
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during high-volume service;
Basic knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems.
