The Receptionist is responsible for delivering a warm, professional, and efficient front desk experience to guests from arrival to departure. As the first and last point of contact during a guest's stay, this role plays a key part in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth daily front office operations.
Responsabilities
Guest Check-in & Check-out

● Efectuează procedurile de check-out, inclusiv verificarea facturii și încasarea contravalorii serviciilor;
● Oferă oaspeților cheile camerei, informații despre resort și indicații către facilitățile acestuia;
● Servicii pentru oaspeți & Comunicare
● Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally;
● Provide accurate information about resort services, facilities, and local attractions;
● Handle guest requests, complaints, and concerns;
Guest Service & Communication

Reservations & Administration
● Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately;
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest profiles and records;
● Handle cash, card transactions, and daily financial reconciliation according to procedures;
● Prepare shift reports and communicate relevant information to the next shift;
● Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments regarding guest needs and room status;
Front Desk Operations
● Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of the front desk area at all times;
● Monitor room availability and coordinate with the Front Office Manager on occupancy and special requests;
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
● High school diploma required; degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management is an advantage;
● Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role;
● Experience in a hotel or resort environment is a strong advantagel
Language Skills
● Romanian – native or fluent;
● English – advanced level (written and spoken);
● A third international language is considered an advantage;
Technical Competencies
● Proficient in MS Office and reservation, Opera is an advantage;
● Comfortable operating phone and communication systems;
● Accurate and efficient data entry skills;
Personal Competencies
